Mr.Higenyi Paul,the outgoing District Education Officer has today officially handed over to Mr.Wako Richard the Acting District Education Officer.While giving his remarks this afternoon during the handover, Mr.Higenyi Paul appreciated the technical staff for the team work and unity exhibited during his 07 years of service in the capacity of DEO.He also asked those whom he stepped on their toes during his tenure of work to forgive him.He further tasked the incoming to ensure he bridges the gaps that he has left and also promised to still work together with everyone even as he retires.Mr.Higenyi then wished Mr.Wako the best as he takes over office.Mr.Wako Richard, the Acting District Education Officer appreciated the outgoing for his commitment and cooperation during his time of service.He promised to work hand in hand with everyone for service delivery.The Deputy CAO,Ms. Jane Akiror appreciated the outgoing DEO for the achievement registered during his time of service.She asked him not to get tired whenever called for consultation by anyone.She welcomed the incoming acting DEO to the new office and promised to support him whenever need arises. She concluded her remarks by wishing him the best.According to the Principal HRO, Mr. Mwirugazu Paul, he congratulated the outgoing DEO upon his retirement.He thanked him for always being part of the retirement trainings that he believes will enable him manage situations in the new world.
